      Avantages

      The employees are friendly, and jobs are secure since the store makes good profit each year. The pay seemed fair for the part-time work I was doing, and I usually had enough work to do that I was not bored. My department managers were great to work with.

      Inconvénients

      Many of the managers are lazy and/or unhelpful (especially those with more authority than others), and organization is generally very poor store-wide. Everything is a bit unprofessional, but that is pretty normal for a business in a small town. I can't imagine anyone finding any great career opportunities here.
