      Long company history. Freedom to sell without micromanaging.

      Inconvénients

      Some of the current management interferes with sales. Not having materials in stock that should be, even with the current supply chain issues. No real commission for outside sales.

      Avantages

      Monday through Friday, Benefits are decent, paid holidays, small bonuses, job security. (see why in cons)

      Inconvénients

      Very low wages, extremely short handed all the time, you are just a number, no flexibility in hours, horrible company software and old outdated equipment, and a boys club. Upper management is completely out of touch with what is happening at the other branches.
