The pathetic administration and HR overshadows all the pros. There is a hugs calculation error in the salary calculation. And this happens very often. And the Senior Management is not at all bothered if the employees are affected due to it. Apart from that the infrastructure is very bad. Some companies would deem the conditions as "Unfit for working". No water in the washrooms, uncomfortable chairs, very poor infrastructure.
