      Avantages

      New leadership has already changed cultural issues under the old President. Great work/life balance. PTO, healthcare, and PERA can't be beaten.

      Inconvénients

      If you are not kind, responsible, or if you lack the skills to perform the job, will not thrive at this college. Advancement can take forever with several employees staying in roles for decades.

      Avantages

      Due to addition of so many high school students, you are a babysitter. New Leadetship level tolerates any excuse. They don't back their staff at all.

      Inconvénients

      Several new leaders to the school hired have no spine. They do not consider facts and support staff. If new hiring supervisor then avoid like the plague
