Both Preksha and Moody are really cunning and know whats the mindset of a fresher who just came out of college. And they try to exploit it to the fullest. You wont be paid for internship no matter how much work you do. You will be asked to work more than 8 hours and if you want to leave after working 8 hours, you get asked why are you leaving every single day? Once in a while moody rounds every one up and the abuse every single person to show who is the boss. The culture is barbaric, moody sits like a king and once in a while roam in the office picking up anyone if he feel like.
