      Very low salaries with even lower morales. Very limited growth opportunities despite promises during hiring

      Avantages

      The pay was pretty good.

      Inconvénients

      No formal advancement structure. Too much work and stress with an expectation that you work outside normal working hours, weekends, during PTO and being out sick. Not enough employees in critical areas.
