      Owner takes advantage of the employees. The company is in constant survival mode. No investment in employees or equipment. Years without raises yet owner keeps pulling profits.

      PTO is very generous for all along with many other benefits. Very clean and climate controlled.

      Business can slow down and pick up very quickly. Causing difficulty planning ahead.

      Four Ten hour days of work.

      Inconvénients

      Favoritism exists there. It's not acknowledged. Easily overworked and certainly underpaid.
