      Culture is laid back. Most employees enjoy working there. Humorous line creates fun atmosphere.

      Inconvénients

      Economic trouble. Slow to recognize strong employees. Raises are excruciatingly small if they happen at all. Hours cut for savings on costs.

      A great place to work with caring and creative owners. It's great to be around creative people.

      Inconvénients

      Halloween only comes once a year and for a business that relies on those halloween sales, that could get difficult.
