      - People management doesn't exist - Lack of product management knowledge - Poor payment for people from Colombia - Desorganization in general

      High degree of ownership, be accountable of the work that you produce and make things happen.

      Inconvénients

      High pressure environment. Rapid changes and need to be highly adaptable to different circumstances.
