      Avantages

      Innovative company, lot of new technologies and opportunity to grow up. Great persons very collaborative and gentile.

      Inconvénients

      Bad management, no clear direction in projects, issues between teams, lack of organization. Project with a lot of subprojects, hard to follow who dones what.

      High degree of ownership, be accountable of the work that you produce and make things happen.

      Inconvénients

      High pressure environment. Rapid changes and need to be highly adaptable to different circumstances.
