      Avantages

      Very good environment to learn about data. Database already pretty much consolidated and easy to analyze. People highly skilled and young.

      Inconvénients

      Still a little bit messy, mainly with the HR and some processes. Onboarding is terrible. The only benefit is the Rappi Prime which is less than 8 USD per month.

      High degree of ownership, be accountable of the work that you produce and make things happen.

      Inconvénients

      High pressure environment. Rapid changes and need to be highly adaptable to different circumstances.
