Flexible work environment, supportive colleagues, met some amazing and smart folks. It was exciting to be part of something that could have changed the biologic medication space.
Inconvénients
Disorganization, continuously changing project directions, losing money like crazy, multiple waves of layoffs with no notice and even less support. They prioritized buying a new building when they were already facing finance issues and then made up for that with RIF.
