      Learned butcher work, fish work, fresh stocks, making fresh demi-glace, large kitchen team, enjoyed my time there

      Inconvénients

      Long hours, that's to be expected in catering, not the greatest of payers when I was there, but I wasn't there for the wage, I was there to learn
