      Ranger Technical Resources since their beginning in 1996 has grown to be a world class IT Consultant Company with fortune 500 clients. Ranger’s unique recruiting method allows each recruiter to extensively get to know each candidate, which allows each job placement to go without a hitch.

      Inconvénients

      Process might take a little longer, but worth the extra time to get placed to a company that fits me.

      Avantages

      - Company is willing to train you on the huge real that is technology - Environment is very family-oriented, everyone is treated with respect and equality - Company usually has non-work related activities which help the interaction in a remote environment strengthening coworker relationship - Flexible schedule / Zero micromanagement - Company has a great mission / vision and strongly values their employees

      Inconvénients

      - I find no cons in working with them
