      Avantages

      I have been working for Ranger Home Care for nearly 4 years now. I can truly say that I have the best, supportive team who have supported me throughout my role and NVQ. I have had the best training and am very pleased with the knowledge and confidence that I have gained since working with Ranger Home Care. Everybody in the team are warm and friendly.

      Inconvénients

      No cons. I highly recommend.

      Nice country side work location

      Inconvénients

      They don’t go through Standard Operating Procedures when there are problems with staff, very unprofessional. Natalie hid in her house and refused to speak to me I was left guessing what the problem was. Another member couldn’t help as he didn’t know either! Horrible experience.
