Avantages
They have Core-Values that are more of a "life-style" than I've seen in any company I've ever worked for. They value their employees mostly....
Inconvénients
Some managers are part of cliques and when you are not part of those cliques, you are not treated the same way and it's hard to address with HR when the company is not very big, so you end up sucking up the nonsense and unfair treatment sometimes to be inline with Core-values and stay out of the target site.
