The facilities were always amazing and we were family-not just co-workers as big as the dealership is. I learned how to step out of my shell and do things I never knew I could do as a female, in a male dominated service industry. I was empowered and I empowered my customers which led to a long lasting customer relationship built on trust.

Not really a con-it is just part of the auto world...but you work long hours but were always accommodated.
