Avantages
- The people you interact with are lovely (mostly) - The directors are human and do try their best to still act that way - You get a decent desk set up - Ability to WFH - More social events than most companies
Inconvénients
- Extremely cliquey, know you will be talked out behind your back but also in front of other staff - Petty behaviour will infiltrate every aspect of this job, finger pointing and scapegoating happens a lot - You will be left to flounder, extremely limited training and explaining, you will be told when you do things wrong but will not have the information or tools to just psychically know what they wanted in the first instance - You have very little control over your workflow and career trajectory, there will be lots of meetings and discussions - these will lead nowhere - People who enjoy this job are ones that got in at day 1, they seem to favour historic hires or anyone extremely high up in the food chain - The employee benefits listed on the site do not exist - Cost cutting on social events/you pay for things they invite you too - This job is one where you are always waiting for the catch - there will always be one, I have never felt so consistently disappointed in a job
