      Flexible working, interesting projects to get into especially as a graduate. Good support for early career development and chartership

      Inconvénients

      Nothing particularly negative. Sometimes, there may not always be a full time project to be a part of and sometimes you'll find yourself doing small bits with a quick turnaround
