      Good job if you love your doctor teams.

      Inconvénients

      Management loves to play favorites & bully up on anyone who doesn’t fully agree with them. No career growth or interest in bettering the employees . VERY much rotating doors . People in and out ALL the time.

      Guranteed 1 hr lunch breaks most days

      Inconvénients

      Using your own earned accumulated PTO hours to take off company holidays where the buisiness is closed. Cannot opt to be unpaid holidays even though the establishment is closed. The turnover rate is just astounding. Too many patients and doctors. You are working NON stop. It's extremely overwhelming.
