      Avantages

      Room for growth especially for railroaders. Good benefits.

      Inconvénients

      Just two flex days in a year. Cameras everywhere to watch you. They spend more on watching you than the equipment. Engines are old and lots of times they break.

      Avantages

      At this specific job site it’s awesome. Other job sites are not as good at retaining employees. This job site has amazing leadership and the work home life ratio is phenomenal. The pay is alright, could be better but you can’t find a work atmosphere any better than this

      Inconvénients

      Pay isn’t as good. Other job sites don’t care about you if you travel.
