Benefits are decent, unlimited pto if you can find a time where you don't have a deadline due and can actually use it. Co-workers are nice.
Inconvénients
Extreme burnout, They are down to a skeleton crew, They will work you day and night, and all weekend without a single thank you. There is zero work life balance. They sold out and the entire company went down the drain. Then punished the employees for their bad decisions by cutting their pay, and putting some people on complete furlough. When they did finally get the opportunity to bring their employees back and restore their pay, they choose to contract with offshore resources they could pay less, and then fired all offshore resources that were actual employees, leaving the few remaining consultants to take the brunt of the fall out. They require their employees to clock their entire day in 15 min increments. It's like being micromanaged by an invisible overlord. They have sold again, and have been doing massive layoffs of the original crew.
