      Good salary during Covid times.

      Inconvénients

      Some leaders are unapproachable and bias especially those that have been in the organization for a while. They don't value part-timers and only approach part-timers nicely when in desperation of help.

      Management is poor. Clinics barely running smoothly. Not really patient / client centric.
