Avantages
Was once a great company. Conventional but effective software development process.
Inconvénients
Had a terrible CEO, who made a lot of absurd restructuring and almost killed their media server business. Current CEO is much better, but unfortunately he has chosen to continue the policy of milking the media server business by outsourcing everything. Talents are lost, along with their knowledge. If the outsourcing turns out to be not great, this company is doomed.
