Avantages
It's a good group of people to work with. They are very focused on technology and delivering a good service. Training can be intense and very complex but the management and even other analysts have been good about helping everyone continue to grow. I feel like I could build a search engine on my own with everything I know now. The systems and processes they have setup are also good. Much better than the last agency I worked for. We also do a lot of fun stuff as a group, including trips, lunches, and fun games. Everyone works hard and I feel like it's a professional environment.
Inconvénients
The management really focuses too much on performance early on (before 6 months) and doesn't accept any reason (even if valid) if a client isn't gaining as much as they expect. At my last agency we had a lot more time (1 year) to get results and it wasn't the end of the world of that didn't happen right away as long as you had a good reason. This only happened to me once at Radd, and it worked out with a little more time, but I feel like I got really stressed when I didn't need to. I always give 100% and then some.
