      Avantages

      Phenomenal work/life balance and support for a young family life. Community oriented. Growing while other banks are shrinking.

      Inconvénients

      The usual "growing pains" of a relatively new organization (new to California at least). Somewhat inefficient and not clear role responsibilities (in some cases).

      Avantages

      Rabobank culture outside of M&A is positive. Can do travel exchange programs

      Inconvénients

      Poor work culture, lack of mentorship, lots of leadership turnover and general inappropriate office environment towards women in the IB sector.
