Inconvénients
In my opinion there is Employee harassment for reporting sexual discrimination/harassment that occurs every day. A situation senior management is well aware of but FAILS to take any action. Also, in my opinion, management and employees retaliate against whistleblowers further adding insult to injury. If you are not the correct gender you will not have the same career opportunities as others. Finally, do NOT trust your FINRA registration to this organization; they will pull a bait and switch failing to pick up the registrations; and are unwilling to provide an explanation or to make the employee whole.
Finally, in my opinion the day to day culture revolves around Facebook rumors, lies, and other blatant frauds.
