Avantages
Helps all new employees get Abo Certified, lots of training incentives in the first year. There are some great people that work there.
Inconvénients
Corporate does not care enough to see what is really happening in some of their offices. Some upper management is allowed to harass and intimidate their employees with no consequences. Hostile working environment in certain offices is ignored at the price of good opticians. High turnover rate without taking notice of the abuse some employees are exposed to. Corporate preaches patient care but then expects certain numbers to be met, regardless of patient care.
