It's a sales job that requires you to work the hours and graft - it's not a con as such as you get paid well, Just don't expect a walk in park - you earn what you put in. If you're able to handle smashing the phones with 100 no's but the one yes is worth thousands of pounds, then you'll be ok!

Commission and bonus structures are very good and management put a lot of time into helping you improve. Great atmosphere as well.

Work hours can be excessive but you do have control of this; you get out what you put in.
