      Avantages

      Supportive team with an owner operator who cares. Leadership is top notch, they get it! I can go on and on but trust RTO is legit. Absolutely loved my time with the team.

      Avantages

      Nothing. Management consists of micromanagers and they'll screw you out of your bonus! You will do the job of 2-3 people and they'll ride you for not making the minimum call volume of 125 calls/day without considering you are bringing in good money for the company. Most people were there for less than a year.

      Inconvénients

      Everything! Do yourself a favor and stay away.
