Operate like service based companies. Most Managers specially in Quality are horrible. They don't know anything about their products and busy in oiling their bosses . Most are simply cronies of some Directors who have brought in their chamchas and they again in turn bring their relatives. Even If work hard and you are not doing chamchagiri you would not be recognized or rewarded.
