      Avantages

      Company caters to the needs of seniors and mentally challenged people in various ways. The hours were relatively good. The work was simple, pay ok for the area.

      Inconvénients

      Too cliquish, no benefits ( unless you count having sex with one of the married office personnel). Some departments (especially Transit) poorly supervised allowing gross negligence of the company SOP. Hint of company vans being used for drug activity and other illicit activities. Department managers oblivious to day to day operations. Adulterous activity within Transit causing low morale as preferential treatment is rampant and encouraged. After hours, on premises illicit activity highly encouraged

      Avantages

      RRCSB is full of amazing people who care about the community they serve and the people they work with. the company offers competitive pay and great benefits. they are very flexible when it comes to needing time off.

      Inconvénients

      Some lower level employees take advantage of how relaxed the management can be in some programs which leads to an imbalance of work load. because it is a non-profit and gets a lot of funder through grants. making changes to programs or getting new equipment can sometime take months

      Avantages

      Pay ok some colleagues are nice.

      Inconvénients

      They will throw you under the bus, discriminate against you. Ryan Banks is a snake. Watch your back!
