Avantages
Good benefits and pay as registered nurses are under Union so there is a base pay for starting salary.
Inconvénients
Not many permanent positions posted since there are only 2 hospitals within Regina so if your don't have a lot of seniority you could be stuck in your position for a while until something else comes along.
