      Avantages

      1. being senior can help you to get appreciation because juniors is just to do backend work. 2. Nepotism, connections matters here. So, if you know CEO personally. You have calibre to grow. 3. Females are recognised, even if they don't work up to their strength. Just need good communication and family not skills. 4. Always encourage people to stay in the market by continuous job search because company can throw you out anytime.

      Overall good experience in this company and also provide the hybrid policy and very helpful natuare.
