      - willing to hire people early in their careers - interesting technical problems to work on - kindered spirits among low level employees

      Inconvénients

      - company has stopped paying employees, and has no timeline for compensation (over 6 weeks without pay) - company has an FTB forfeited status in California - extremely high turnover - outdated technology, you will not have strong technical leadership or mentorship here - CEO treats the company like a personal piggybank - micromanagement from CEO and other members of exec team - head of innovation is a crook

      Avantages

      You'll have the opportunity to work independently and will be largely self-directed. It's good for the self-starter who is looking to have new professional experiences.

      Inconvénients

      The CEO is one of the most dishonest people I've ever met. Most of the things I was told in the recruiting phase that attracted me to Rosalind ended up being untrue. The software platform has a lot of problems and there doesn't seem to be the proper organizational resources nor strategic direction to fix it. Additionally, the company has a forfeited status with the FTB in the state of California for failure to file taxes (look for yourself by doing a business search on the California Secretary of State website) and I'm personally aware of active collections against the company at the time of this writing (June 2024). The company has no dedicated personnel for HR, finance, nor marketing, which should raise some serious red flags about the health and values of the organization.
