Too many customer oriented projects and is difficult to prioritize requests. No communication between each group. Employee happiness is not on management's priority. Frequent organizational changes due to recent merge. Internal promotion never happen here. All management are brought on board from outside of the company. Too much politics. Very mechanical organization structure.
