The partners and managers are very knowledgeable and committed to excellent client service. The firm always wants to improve and do better and I do sincerely believe it when the partners say it.

There can always be improvement in terms of remuneration, particularly for senior managers. In particular, the variable compensation was underwhelming this year. We need more trained staff/managers to properly delegate work.
