there aren't any to be honest

No breaks, can't use phones (we're all adults and some with children), the owners have a very out of touch view of work life balance, there is none! lol One example...I've never had someone watching me eat my lunch at my desk making sure I didn't stop working before. Such a very odd place to work and the comments from the managers/owners were so degrading. The way everything goes through the office makes you work twice as hard because it's incredibly inefficient. No brainstorming or collaboration on creative work, which I also have never experienced before. I can't recommend it at all and I'm surprised they're still in business.
