      Management Not fair treatment of all employees- management has favorites and it is a difficult work environment if you’re not part of the “cool kids club” Not a lot of room for advancement Pay Very high turnover Teams are blamed for a lot of problems stemming from upper management

      Avantages

      They pay you on time.

      Inconvénients

      Management is loose. Some Senior researchers have character issues. One I worked with was evil and another one was disrespectful. This combination created a toxic environment. I was not happy working there starting the first month. I don’t recommend good researchers to go to this place.
