Many thanks for your feedback and insights about your experiences of working at RICS including the work life balance we encourage and which supports our positive work culture. As we continue to navigate a period of unprecedented change, and the ongoing financial impact of COVID-19, we have had to reshape our organisation, adopting a digital first model, to ensure RICS’ long-term financial stability and ability to support RICS professionals. Regrettably, as a result, we made a number of redundancies towards the end of last year all of which we have communicated openly and transparently. However, we believe our new matrixed structure will ultimately offer greater prospects for career progression and skills development, as well as benefitting the profession. Thank you for your feedback, the contributions you made at RICS to support the Profession and we wish you all the best for your next career move.

Flexible Remote work Non problematic Colleagues and managers were kind and helpful

UK team would take their time to respond to our regional team delaying our time management and projects Not very easy to grow in the company

Avantages

Exposure to high level professionals in the property profession, annual professional development course, and good benefits package.

Inconvénients

The local office leadership is lacking in a way that is detrimental to the success of the organization. There's a lack of direction, death by meetings - which usually ends with no further action being taken, the Managing Director's ego is inflated and he has yet to deliver on annual membership acquisition goals, male-centric US office environment, blatant bias, and a lack of transparency. Management is secretive and shady. Outdated software and poor technical support.
