Very limited opportunities for growth - Avis employé Security Specialist RHEA Group

There is no leadership. The senior management doesn’t understand the business. There are European and Canadian companies and you’re led to believe that you’re joining this global organization. In actuality there is very little going on; this isn’t a global company at all. They haven’t won any new work, and are lacking a strategy for growth. Communication is absent. I worked here for a year and never even met the executives. I didn’t see any future and left for a better opportunity.
