Avantages

Communications between associates and Programme Delivery Managers are and have continued to remain excellent in my experience and colleagues who work with me. Timesheet system is the best I have used, for both ease of completion and authorising. Main Office staff are always very helpful if you ever need to contact the office ( not that often for me ) They make you feel valued and are always keeping in touch with site visits... even through night shifts! Very flexible approach. I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience with RFS and would not hesitate to recommend them!

Inconvénients

Honestly.... I really cannot think of a single piece of constructive criticism to offer. I wish I could!

Avantages

- Passionate colleagues who want to do a good job - Impressive offices in a great location done out to a very high tech specification - Supportive of career progression and personal growth - Understanding management who support their staff with acts of kindness - Fortunate to work alongside and learn from some very highly skilled individuals - Good participation levels in non work related activities (fantasy football etc.) - Leadership either sit out with us or operate an open door policy

Inconvénients

- Underutilised resource could perhaps be retrained to do more - The supply and demand nature of the business can leave many without enough to do - Many colleagues have little to no understanding of what other people do at RFS - We are perhaps not as involved in local community initiatives as we could be

Avantages

Fine if you merely want to earn a half decent day rate as a contractor.

Inconvénients

Hitting quality and productivity targets, while recognised, merely resulted in increased targets. The work offered was deskilling and demotivating so job satisfaction was poor. It was basically clearing up a mess in the short term so no thought was given to long-term career development. The management style involved taking the team into a room everyday and telling them not to fail cases, the stick rather than the carrot. Contractors are independent businesses but were subject to a rather draconian and old fashioned employer/employee relationship as if contractors were not experienced professionals that could be trusted to manage their workload.
