Avantages

Always have something to do Wide variety of projects Hybrid work schedule Good if you are in a pinch and need a job ASAP

Inconvénients

Little growth opportunity Extremely low pay and extremely high cost for the benefits and healthcare increases every year. Over worked manager - they have little time to build out a path for getting you development outside of what you bring to the company. Contract work - if you cannot bill out the hours you either have to work late to make up for things you attend or you don't attend

Thank you for the review! I'm sorry you didn't feel there was an opportunity to grow within the company. We've been developing an LMS system with training courses which are free to take for everyone, and we've also got a tuition reimbursement program for employees to utilize. Managers do work hard, but are always supportive of continued employee growth. Sometimes it takes a self-starter to get going down a path!
