Perspective commerciale

Avantages

Great culture among employees/supervisors and offers opportunity to work on some really cool customer products. Extremely flexible work schedule and very supportive of work/life balance. Opportunities for advancement and development are there for employees that proactively seek it. Pay and benefits are reasonable compared to similar sized companies. Opportunities for overtime are a definite benefit. Good place to work, especially for engineers early in their career to gain a ton of experience.

Inconvénients

As it is a contract engineering company, job security is the biggest negative. Company reluctance to help pay for job related education and time spent on employee and team development (time billed to RFA instead of customer project) is frustrating.

Thank you for the review, I appreciate the comments! I'm sorry your felt there was reluctance to pay for job related education...we have a committee that reviews every request for financial support and if there is relevance to your position, there's generally no problem at all!
