      Avantages

      Good pay. Great workers. Management is trying to add in typical tech company perks ( game room, tv w/cable in all break rooms, quarterly outings and free breakfast.

      Inconvénients

      Not enough employees for what the amount of project they are trying to accomplish. Division among departments on how things are done and by whom.

      Avantages

      Steady long term employment, much prefers to groom from within and hold onto major assets. Each department is more or less autonomous from each other so it could vary to some degree. The corporate ladder is very short here and there may only be 2-4 layers at most to the big man himself.

      Inconvénients

      Loyalty comes at a price, when your that loyal to employees, you end of carrying extra baggage without any lift. Dead weight.
