      You get to meet new people almost everyday because the staff turnover is absolutely ridicolus ..

      A disgusting culture - if you want to feel like your worth nothing everyday RBC will certainly cater for that .. especially management and administration ., who have a foul attitude if you have a different opinion or you are an attractive female

      The management fosters an abusive and toxic work environment, where employees are treated with little respect. The salary is far below what you’d expect for the level of work required, and there are no clear opportunities for growth or career development.

      Inconvénients

      Additionally, there are unsettling rumors about inappropriate behavior by senior staff toward young women, which only adds to the terrible atmosphere. The company seems to be heading in a downward spiral.
