      Avantages

      I have been working there for more than 5 years. Standard benefits, somehow competitive with other banks.

      Inconvénients

      Off-shoring is happening and they will trying to move workforce to India. Few opportunities to keep your career growing within the organization. Directors and Head of divisions don't bother to get to know senior employees, you feel that you are one more working for a large corporation. Annual employee review is a joke.

      Avantages

      Stable work life balance. The culture is really great, very easy to work with complex management and managers. Willing to help you grow and learn with clients

      Inconvénients

      Not a lot of room for growth unless you come in the door with that expectation. It can be very easy to get stuck in this role as your pay slowly increases and the job title mostly stays the same. Associate promotions and raises are rarely given and take a lot of coercion to get.
