      really nice coworkers and I have a manager that truly cares about me and our team. feel very supported in my role. generous parental leave policies. flexibility within my team for when life happens

      Inconvénients

      Omnicom RTO policy - mandated 3/week and has to include a monday or friday for no reason? no bonuses which is fine but my previous agencies did have this.

      As with any large organization, there can be occasional process-related challenges, but overall, the work environment is positive and rewarding
