      Avantages

      I cannot think of one good thing to say about this company in it's current state. Prior to current ownership, this company cared about it's employees and was great to work for.

      Inconvénients

      Once new ownership took over in 2005, they laid off nearly half the staff without any warning. They then moved the company from Cranberry to Slippery Rock and used the remaining staff to do the move for free labor. After that they laid off most of the rest of the staff. They no longer care about their customers.

      Avantages

      Out of the 5 companies I have worked for so far, this one is the best. They are progressive, flexible, fun and as understanding as family.

      Inconvénients

      Avantages

      During my interview they told me that they understand life's priorites - God, family, then work, and they have really stood by it. Management tries to be as flexible as they can be. Managers and employees really care about their customers. All of the managers have been with the company for 12-30 years and understand the industry and their products and services. Their health insurance plan is good. I hear others talk about what they have for insurance and I feel very fortunate that I work for a company that still pays such a large part of the premium.

      Inconvénients

      None that I can think of.
