Avantages
It's good for pro-active agent or candidates who like to compete with others.
Inconvénients
Too many monetary competition being organized every week. You not only have to pay for nearly everything to start working as an agent(IE: ipad, photos, examination fees) upfront, but also to pay for all those competitive agenda happen weekly, unless you win your opponent over all this competition or else you'll have to pay for at least a grand monthly to commit in the agency
